UK Delivery:

Goods are delivered directly to your specified delivery address. The delivery charge will reflect the cost of packaging, weight of the item, and despatch, by Royal Mail or Courier Company.

Delivery costs are based on a price structure determined by the weight of your basket contents and reasonable costs of packaging & delivery.

The following is an example of what the delivery costs might be for certain combinations of our products:

You are not committed to buying the items and paying the delivery charge until you have completed checkout and paid for your order. We expect to dispatch your goods in good time. Our estimated delivery time is 1-14 days from receipt of your order. If due to external influences, for example a postal strike or other external influence, there is going to be a delay in the receipt of your goods we will inform you at the earliest opportunity.

U.S.A, Canada, & Europe:

We are now able to ship to the U.S.A, Canada and most parts of Europe. As with U.K delivery the cost of delivery is calculated on the weight of your basket. Baskets weighing over 2kg may incur a surcharge for the use of an alternative courier, however you will be notified should this be the case and you will be given the opportunity to cancel your order. It is  very unusual for a shopping basket to weigh in excess of 2kg.

Your order will be sent via Royal Mail International Signed For Service and you will be required to sign for your parcel upon delivery. You will have the opportunity with some items to opt out of "signed for" and your delivery charge will be discounted by (£3.50 GBP) accordingly as this is a premium service for which we are charged. However if you chose to opt out and recieve your goods via  the standard Airmail Service we can not and will not be held responsible for items lost in the post. This forms part of our Terms & Conditions.The Customer is responsible at their own expense to obtain any import or export license or any other documentation deemed necessary by any compliant authority.
