Our aim, through our allergy alert, allergy awareness & medical identification products is to make life easier for families with special dietary requirements. Our products are universal and do not descriminate between those with Allergy, those with Food Intolerance, those with Coeliac Disease, I.B.S, C.F.S, M.E, Migraine, Autism, ADHD, Ashma, or Eczema. Everyone can benefit.

Allergy Chums®:

Allergy Chums® are fury, fuzzy, occasionally feathery, always cheeky cartoon animals with special dietary requirements due to Food Allergy, Food Intolerance, Coeliac Disease, ADHD, Diabetes, I.B.S and many other dietary sensitive medical conditions.

Allergy Chums® products alert care providers, nurseries, schools, childminders and others to your child’s needs, while all the time helping them to understand in a gentle non-scary way the importance of following a special diet and helping them to feel less isolated.

What is a Chef-Note®?

Years of bad experiences in restaurants inspired the creation of the Chef-Note® range. Chef Note's help to prevent breakdowns in communication between the table, and the restaurant kitchen. Mistakes are not something that just happen on foreign holidays.

Chef-Notes are not cards that can be lost, or become dog-eared over time. Witha Chef-Note® your exact needs, (especially if you are excluding more than one food, or have a food allergy which is not one of the main twelve), can be indicated by ticking the boxes, crossing out any words that do not apply, and jotting down your own notes in the free space provided. Simply tear your completed Chef-Note® from the pad, hand it to the waitress/waiter with your order to ensure that the utmost care is taken when preparing your meal. Chef-Note® uses a unique system, and we hope in the coming year to bring you even more unique products to make living with Food Allergy & Intolerance that little bit easier.

The inspiration behind the products that we bring you, is someone with personal experience, both as a child growing up with special dietary requirements, and living day to day as an adult with the same dietary restrictions now. This insight guides us in the design of our products.
